Our Team
David M. Hopp, PPS
President/CEO
Since founding Centennial Protection Group, David has developed a strategic partnership and relationships with Fortune 500 companies providing services for their security needs. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience in Private Security and Law Enforcement. He draws from his experience as a retired Captain with the Maryland State Police, and as a former United States Marine. He develops strong relationships with law enforcement command in the areas served.

He is a certified Personal Protection Specialist (PPS) and a member of ASIS International. David has extensive command, patrol and tactical experience and was a key Maryland State Police policy maker. His experience includes commanding operations at the Forensic Sciences Division, Human Resources Division and supervising Counterintelligence and Anti-Terrorism State Police contingency teams supporting U.S. Government agencies.
Bill brings greater than 45 years of management experience. Bill has
financially lead major corporations both domestically and internationally.

Bill is a former National Vice President of the Institute of Management Accounts (IMA) where he distinguished himself as a
financial management leader. Bill was also the Baltimore and Potomac/Chesapeake Chapter President and the IMA’s
recipient of the Financial Executive of the year award.

Vice President
Lea leads the Centennial Protection Group Human Resources, Medical, Logistics and Client Relations Sections. She draws from her experience as a former HR Director for a Fortune 500 company and as current Registered Nurse.
Working with CPG operations and based upon proper security assessments, Lea recruits and assigns staff based on the best fit for our clients.
Working with insurance providers, Lea maintains safe working environments in support of CPG’s risk management program.

Cory is an 8 year veteran in the United States Army where he served in highly active combat zones. He brings to CPG
clients a wealth of security and protection experience. Cory has years of experience leading professionals and actively
providing protection, logistical, and advance planning support to keep clients safe.
In addition, Cory has years of experience providing protection for high net worth and ultra high net worth families, U.S. and
foreign corporate executives and foreign diplomats.

Cory utilizes his real-world knowledge and experience and leads the Security and Protective Services Divisions, where he
is well respected by staff and clients

The Centennial Protection Group (CPG) is comprised of a diverse set of personnel resources that include prior and
current State/City/County law enforcement, US Secret Service and military personnel, leaders and trainers. In addition,
CPG is comprised of experienced security and investigation professionals and a network of Personal Protection
Specialists (PPS) throughout the world. Together, these resources allow CPG to provide a comprehensive and well
managed approach to the professional services it renders to its clients.
